What I Recommend
The most common question I get is “What toothbrush/toothpaste should I use?” and my response is always the same! Basic Crest toothpaste with any toothbrush that you like works! Personally, I like my Quip toothbrush because its simple, and has a timer that vibrates 4 times to make sure I brush each quadrant an equal amount of time.
